The IU2U program is scheduled to resume in-person workshops in India during June 2023. Exact dates and locations will be added soon.
The program is currently looking to recruit student leaders who will be in India during June 2023. Interested students should complete the IU2U Student Leader Application no later than Nov. 14th. Be prepared to discuss the following in your application:
- How participating in the program fits within your personal and professional goals
- Your strengths and weaknesses and how the program would benefit from your participation while also helping you grow
- Challenges you faced as a first-year student and advice you would give to new students and their parents
Interviews will take place in mid-November with decisions finalized by November 30th. Students selected for the program will be required to take a 1-credit course during the second eight-weeks of the Spring 2023 semester. The class meets on Wednesdays from 4:55-6:25pm and students should reserve this time when planning their spring schedule.
Explore the world
IU2U gave me a better sense of self. It showed me that I am interested in working with international populations. I met people that I would have never met otherwise and I am grateful to call them all my friends to this day.
